Da Silva Catering was established in 1981 by Joseph Da Silva, and for 29 years Joe, his family and staff served the people and businesses of Peel Region with exceptional food and service. Over the years Da Silva Catering built a solid reputation for quality service and has been recognized by the Brampton community as the ”Best Caterer” on multiple occasions and bestowed with many local service awards for community support.

In January 2010, Joe Da Silva decided to sell his business and retire so he could enjoy more time with his family and friends. The business was purchased by Jeff Hudson, a long time Peel resident. Jeff’s professional career includes over 25 years in the service industry in a sales and marketing capacity. Although the company is now under new management the goal remains the same, to offer customers the best overall value possible…..offering great food, great service, all at a fair price.

Da Silva Catering will continue to offer your old favourites, but at the same time extend you an expanded menu for even greater choice and options.

To meet the demands of an expanded menu, the company hired Herman Hariono, a talented and experienced Executive Chef. Chef Herman is formally trained in culinary arts, and has developed his skills, knowledge and passion for food internationally and locally in the GTA in various roles in fine dining, corporate food service and catering. We are extremely pleased to have Chef Herman on staff providing the necessary leadership in our kitchen.

While respecting the goodwill that Da Silva Catering has built with the Peel community over the previous 30 years, we are also very excited about the future, and look forward to serving the catering needs of the community for many more years to come.
