Family Meals Policies

Advisement:

All precautions set out by health authorities including hand-washing, wearing gloves and sanitizing food and production materials are followed in the preparation of meals to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Terms & Conditions:

Each order feeds four(4) people and there is a minimum order of two(2) meals for each delivery date selected. Meals are delivered on Monday and Thursday each week. You must place your order by midnight on Thursday for a Monday delivery and by midnight on Sunday for a Thursday delivery. Delivery is $15 plus HST within the GTA until further notice. Some items may not be shipped exactly as pictured or described on our website. Prices, menu items and availability are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice or subject to a 50% surcharge. 

Payment Terms:

Accepted payment methods: Amex, Visa and MasterCard.

Allergens:

Every attempt is made to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. In addition, meals are labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Da Silva Catering will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed.
